Now west side of 41st Street from Chester to Baltimore Ave. This rendering shows the creators' intent to make an entire streetscape that was picturesque and suburban. In this particular operation, the center house was to become the developer's. Three of these buildings survive, although noticably altered; the Italianate villas (actually disguised twins), and the corner house on the left.
